Once you have placed your order, we please kindly ask to allow 14-28 working days (monday/friday) for the production of the fairings, the fairings will undergo our moulding and paint process and once ready we will provide photos for your approval. Unfortunately we don't provide updates during the process as it significantly slows down production. If you haven't heard from us with ready photos after 28 days please contact us.
Fairing kits are shipped out with our courier every Wednesday, we ask to please allow around 1 week for us to send you an ID. If after a week you still don't have an ID please reach out to us with your MF number and well get it directly from the courier for you.
If your tracking ID isn't showing movement but shows label created, this means that your fairing kit is currently in transit to the United States or Canada. During this time the fairing kit is not being shipped with Fedex or UPS but is with a courier that does not show active tracking ID movement. Once the kit arrives in the US it will be cleared by Customs before being handed for FedEx or UPS ground delivery. Once the ID has been activated we expect around 3-5 days for delivery. If after the advised 25-35 days for delivery has passed, please contact us so we can contact the courier to get further information.
The production of our kits takes around 14-28 working days (working days being monday/friday), depending on the complexity of the design, once shipped the fairing kit will take between 30-40 days to be delivered. A Fedex or UPS ID will be provided with the shipment, Once the label is created the kit is moving, we do not expect the ID's to activate with FedEx or UPS until the kit has arrived in the US as they are the delivering agents, we have a few other logistics companies involved in getting your kit to the US before it will be out for delivery.
Yes, no problem at all. At Monster Fairings we specialize in custom orders. Click the ‘Contact Us’ tab at the top of the website and get in touch with us about your design, send us a photo and we’ll work with you to get it made. Some custom designs may incur a small additional charge.
Absolutely, if you see a kit that you like but want to add different logos, or even remove some of the logos, get in touch with us using the ‘Contact Us’ tab at the top of the website with a link to the product you like and description of the logos that you either want to add or remove, and we will be more them happy to help you out.
Yes, drop us a message using the ‘Contact Us’ tab at the top of the website and we will be more then happy to write a quote for the parts that you need, painted or unpainted. However we can not guarantee that colors will match 100%
Sure, you can return a kit if you don't like the design, however because we send photos of the fairing kits before we ship them out. There is a $150 re stocking fee for all returned fairing kits without fault. If you receive a kit and there are issues such as paint or non fitment, be sure to get in touch with us and we will be more then happy to help replace parts.
